Alert on False Representation of Blackwell Global
It has come to our attention that Blackwell Global Futures Limited, a limited liability compay held under Blackwell Global Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Blackwell Global”), has been falsely represented by imposters using the company’s name, trademark, website and staff. The imposters conduct fake promotional sales activities and claims the existence of a Blackwell Global office in Shanghai which is untrue. Please note that Blackwell Global has no liability for damage or loss to customers resulting from any activities related to the imposters. The case has been reported to the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and the Hong Kong Police for further investigation. Anyone found related to such fraudulent acts will be acting against the law and is subjected to legal action.
